At Kori Whiskey, we strive for complete satisfaction with every bottle; if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all spirits remain sealed and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

  Our specialists will review your request and, if approved, provide a prepaid shipping label and return authorization code.

  Carefully pack the unopened bottle in its original shipping container with protective padding to prevent breakage during transit.
